The Village of Elberta will conduct a Special Meeting on Monday October 27, 2014, at 7:00 p.m. to consider the financial status of the Village including the 2013 – 2014 audit, the amended 2014 – 2015 budget and the state-mandated Debt Elimination Plan (DEP).
